1) Two proposed rule changes are headed for the constitution. Any changes/additions to the rules will now need to be agreed upon by 8 of the 12 CWFLB teams. In a separate poll currently up, it appears the support of 4 teams will be needed to put a rule change/addition up for a vote, however just five teams have voted. Once official, I'll add both to the constitution.
